Anna Silk, born January 31st 1974, in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, is an actor popular for her portrayal of Bo in The Showcase program Lost Girl. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick. She is the daughter of Peter an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, an acclaimed actor, director, educator, playwright and Director of Drama of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna can remember watching her mother while at work, and also attending play rehearsals. Silk made several commercials while she was still a child. In 1997, she received an associate's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was involved in two of the early stage productions, including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999).
